  • How does the program work?
    Ideal Protein leverages the most proven and successful strategies with personal one on one coaching, meeting with you each week to encourage, provide accountability and steer you through challenges. We take all the guesswork out of ketogenic dieting by providing you with a proven formula, three quick, delicious and convenient meals a day to which you only have to add one self-prepared delicious dinner and two cups of veggies twice a day. The perfect combination of structure and freedom!
  • How much does the program cost?
    This is of course a very important question. Starting Cost $365 (but we often have specials including Couples discounts) - What is included: - Full week of variety foods with 7 Breakfasts, 7 Lunches, 7 Snacks and 7 Extra Snacks, one month supply of our specially formulated Multi Vitamin, Omegas, Cal-Mag Chews and two month supply of Potassium capsules. - Hour long highly personalized introductory session that will instruct you on how to correctly implement the program into your lifestyle and schedule, working with you to solve an logistical or other challenges that may be unique to you. - Health screening and all necessary paperwork needed to get started including communication with your doctor and our team - All literature needed to complete the Ideal Protein Program - Enrollment into our online Support Ideal Smart Platform - Lifetime membership at Virginia Weight Loss Clinic for Ideal Protein Weight Loss Phase 1 - Second to fourth week is approximately $98 a week for 21 meals and personalized weight loss consultation with a trained professional coach. - Once a month the vitamins and minerals need to be replenished - the cost for this is currently $105 - Maintenance support is offered at will be adjusted according to each individual's needs. It is important to remember that when you are paying for Ideal Protein, you are not having to buy much of your food from other sources so if you eat out a lot, buy snacks on the go, you might even save money or not spend much more than you already do. Also, having to pay for a program makes it an investment, therefore people remain more committed to the program so that their hard earned money is well spent. Isn't your health worth the investment?
  • How long will I be on the program>?
    That of course all depends on many factors such as age, gender, height, level of activity, history of weight loss/gain, and base metabolism. Most women lose weight at an average rate of about 2-3.5 pounds a week, and most men lose weight at an average rate of about 3-4.5 pounds a week on Ideal Protein.
  • Is exercise required on Ideal Protein?
    Exercise is not a requirement for success on the Ideal Protein Program and may be prohibited for some people due to medical restrictions, however it is allowed and encouraged at a lower level of intensity. Paving the way for great maintenance success and helping with weight loss we do encourage participants to stay active and walk, swim, bike, tone etc. according to their ability at a comfortable pace.
